George Baratta is a results oriented sales/marketing executive who has demonstrated success inspiring organizational cooperation, problem resolution and bottom line performance. His accomplishments have taken place in a broad work arena including sales, media, marketing and promotion. While obtaining classical marketing training at Colgate Palmolive, Mr. Baratta was promoted to become Group Product Manager for the company’s Curad/Curity First Aid Line responsible for brands totaling $150 million in sales and $47 million in gross profit. Subsequently, he joined ABC Television Network in sales positions including Prime Time Account Executive and VP/Director Daytime and Kids Sales.
Mr. Baratta’s experience also covers entrepreneurial early-stage companies and running businesses. His accomplishments include starting an ad sales company, growing it to $25 million in sales over 4 years, and serving as president of PPRB, the calendar people. He is a proven sales & marketing executive and is skilled in building sales teams, innovative advertising and promotions and expanding into new markets.
